I spoke with a trio of local businesses and asked them if they were dealing with staffing or supply shortages. All confirmed they were.

Some had more extensive supply issues while a few others had more trouble with staffing. You can read more about how they've navigated it so far while maintaining operations here. It's something that's impacting many businesses across several industries.

I've seen some signs around Montrose where businesses have asked for patience due to a staff shortage. Have you? Let me know in the comments below what you've seen.

Also, share if you've heard of any businesses that have dealt with one or both issues in innovative ways. I'm sure other business owners in the community wouldn't mind potentially adopting some of the ideas.

What are you seeing or hearing at the national level that could potentially impact the local level? Let's discuss!
